YOUR18 BAR HOOK HMS

The UW18 HMS is a handle designed for training on high and low pulley machines. It is suitable for a wide range of upper-body exercises - from smaller muscles such as the biceps and triceps, through the front and side portions of the deltoids, to the latissimus dorsi and the erector spinae.

The handles are arranged both perpendicularly and at an angle. This lets you vary your grip and fully engage the target muscle, working different muscle attachments. The rubberized grip ensures a secure and comfortable hold and prevents the handle from slipping out of your hands. Made from high-quality steel, it allows you to train with heavy loads.

The UW18 HMS model helps you develop muscle groups easily and symmetrically.
