Directions: Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 350 ml of liquid per day. Shake well. 100% Casein Complex can be ideal when meals are too infrequent for some reason, or before bedtime. If you consume pre-workout and intra-workout nutrition (protein or amino acids), it may be better to include casein as your main post-workout protein.
