Ingredients: Cookies & cream flavour: micellar casein concentrate (contains milk) 87%, L-glutamine 5%, flavourings, cream [partially hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk proteins, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], chocolate powder [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, reduced-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), flavourings], cinnamon, thickener (cellulose gum), salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose).
Strawberry flavour: micellar casein concentrate (contains milk) 87%, L-glutamine 5%, flavourings, acid (citric acid), cream [partially hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk proteins, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], thickener (cellulose gum), salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucrose), colour (Allura Red AC). Warning! The colour Allura Red AC may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Directions: mix 1 serving (30 g / 1 measuring scoop / 2 tablespoons) of powder with 300 ml of water in a shaker. Recommended before sleep.
