Usage:

Do not consume more than one serving per day.

Step 1:

Pour 30 g of powder into a shaker. This is approximately 6 scoops of the large scoop (10 ml marked on the label).

Step 2:

Add 5 ml of liquid glycerol to the powder (1 small scoop with 5 ml marked). This is about 6 g of pure glycerol.

Step 3:

Mix with approximately 500-600 ml of water and shake/stir well.

Step 4:

Consume approximately 30 minutes before training and enjoy the energy.

Note: Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
