Foldable and unfoldable
The NOHRD SquatRack redefines maximum adjustability with its unique fully foldable design. When fully folded away, the two wooden columns take up minimal space. Fully unfolded, the NOHRD SquatRack offers all the functions for safe and effective barbell training.
Fully folded and stored in an extremely space-saving way, the rack can be effortlessly pulled out from the two columns. The SquatRack thus transforms into a robust training station, giving you unrestricted freedom for your barbell training.
To create enough space for your training, the NOHRD SquatRack can be fully extended using a foot mechanism. This way, for example, a weight bench can be integrated to give you sufficient freedom of movement during training.
The two barbell supports are adjustable to different heights, ensuring safe protection during training. To prevent the barbell from hitting the supports during the upward movement, they briefly fold upward upon contact.
The SpotterArms are available separately and serve as highly effective protection in case the weight can no longer be held safely or needs to be set down. The SpotterArms can be attached in all positions - even the lowest, free positions.

NOHrD Wooden Fitness Innovations
The name NOHrD is derived from company’s location: its home is in Northern Germany, whereby the „NOH“ refers to the county's Nordhorn and the „D“ for Deutschland, therefore: „Made in Germany“.
Each piece of NOHrD wooden exercise equipment is handcrafted in its manufacturing facility. The combination of classic handcraft and precision machine technology ensures consistent quality and constant progress. NOHrD places high value on respecting environment, processing all bark and wood completely- there is no waste.
Production residue in its facility is used for power generation. NOHrD further use its factory’s 1500 sq meter area for producing its own solar electricity, with which company can power its machinery with low-emission efficiency.
