Description

The BodyCraft XFT Functional Trainer is a unique functional trainer, Smith machine and pull-up station in 1. The device contains a unique Smith system: the bar moves in both vertical and horizontal directions and also rotates. The bar of the Smith machine uses the weight stack as a counterweight, making the device very compact. On each side, the device is equipped with height-adjustable and tiltable pulleys which allow you to provide your body with a complete workout. Pull-Ups and Chin-Ups are also possible thanks to the pull-up bar at the front of the station. In short, a compact and unique power station that is an eye-catcher in any room.

Compact size

The BodyCraft XFT Functional Trainer is compact due to the unique Smith system. The bar uses the weight stack as a counterweight, making the device compact compared to normal Smith machines. This also makes it very easy to set the desired weight. With the lever in the middle of the device, you can easily set the desired height of the bar. The bar works with a counterweight, so you don't have to lift anything heavy to set the height.

Unique Smith machine

Just like other Smith machines, you can push the bar up for an exercise like the Bench Press. But the bar of the BodyCraft XFT can also be moved down with resistance, allowing you to do exercises like the Lat Pulldown. In addition, you can adjust the bar of the Smith Machine in a horizontal direction, so you have the right starting position for each exercise. Training with the bar also feels unique: the bar itself rotates and you can also let the bar move freely in the horizontal direction. This reduces friction and makes training feel less static than with a normal Smith machine.

Functional trainer

The station contains 2 height-adjustable, tiltable pulleys with which you can perform your cable exercises. Think of exercises such as Chest Fly's, Biceps Curl, Triceps Extension, Face-Pulls, etc. The high-quality pulleys BodyCraft is known for, ensures every exercise feels smooth. A total of 32 different heights are possible.

Pull Up Bar

Using the specially shaped pull-up bar of the device, you can perform pull-ups, chin-ups and other exercises. You can use a wide grip and neutral grip and thus vary your training. The pull-up bar is provided with a serration in 4 places, which gives it a nice grip during training.

90 kg weight stack

The BodyCraft XFT Functional Trainer comes standard with a 90 kg weight stack divided into 20 slices. The ratio of each pulley is 1:2, which means that the actual maximum weight on each side is 45 kg per pulley. For the bar of the Smith machine, the ratio is 1:1; this can even be doubled, which means that the maximum weight for the bar is 180 kg.

Rings for Battle Ropes

There are 2 rings on the front of the device. This allows you to perform your Battle Rope training in combination with your BodyCraft XFT Functional Trainer and work on strength, endurance and strengthening your core. You can also use the rings for strength bands and make training with the BodyCraft XFT even more versatile. Both Battle Ropes and Strength Bands are available separately.

Supplied accessories

For different cable exercises you can use different accessories. The BodyCraft XFT Functional Trainer comes standard with 2 Single handles, 1 Triceps rope, 1 Straight Bar Dual Hook, 1 Gym Stick, 1 Ankle Strap, 1 Chain and 1 Belt (for assisted pull-up). On the side of the station you will find 4 hooks you can use to store these accessories, so you always have them within reach. Other accessories are of course available separately from us.
