Description
The wooden massage stick (rollholz) is perfectly suited for trigger point and connective tissue therapy. Made from oak, the trigger stick features two different ends, allowing fine-tuned treatment of hardened muscle fibers.
The ring-shaped grooves ensure optimal handling throughout the entire treatment. This makes the trigger stick a must-have for physiotherapists, and it is also perfectly suited for self-massage and private use.
Whether for warming up, promoting blood circulation, or after sports to speed up recovery or release tension, the massage stick can be used acutely, chronically, and preventively. Our handcrafted massage stick combines optimal functionality, aesthetics, feel, and ecology.
- sustainable trigger stick for connective tissue therapy
- fine adjustment possible thanks to two different ends

- 100% recyclable & handmade in Germany (FSC certified)
- 10-year warranty
- sealed with linseed oil
