COUNTING Educational Cards

Learning to count through play

The Counting educational cards are a mathematical puzzle designed for children aged three and up. The set contains 60 pieces from which you can assemble 30 stand-alone boards in puzzle form. Each pair consists of a picture-based maths task and its matching Arabic numeral. Colourful graphics, simple operations and clear illustrations make learning to count enjoyable and intuitive for a child. Combining learning with play effectively captures attention and encourages further exploration of the world of numbers.

Thoughtful design and durable construction

The game pieces are made of sturdy cardboard with a smooth, safe surface that withstands intensive use well. Vivid colours and clear shapes make it easier to recognise pictures and numerals, while fitting the puzzle together requires focus and logical thinking from the child. The tasks are based on simple operations in the range from 1 to 10, making the set an ideal tool for a first contact with mathematics. Each board engages both hemispheres of the brain - one side teaches understanding of quantity through images, the other supports the recognition of numerical symbols.

Mathematical and cognitive development of the child

Playing with the cards supports the development of visual memory, logical thinking and association skills. The child learns to recognise colours, name objects and group them into sets, which also aids speech development. Matching shapes and numbers refines hand-eye coordination and concentration. By working with hands-on material, the child absorbs the basics of mathematics faster and is more willing to take on simple tasks. The educational game can also serve as support in therapeutic or preschool work.
