Work Sharp Ken Onion Eli Mk2 electric sharpener

This electric knife sharpener is a practical and efficient tool for keeping your kitchen and outdoor knives in top condition. Designed for smooth-toothed, serrated, and plain blades, it makes maintaining a sharp, safe edge quick and effortless, whether you are prepping food at home or relying on a reliable blade during camping and hiking trips.

The sharpener uses sandpaper abrasive discs with multiple grit levels, ranging from coarse (120/220 grit) for repairing dull or damaged edges to extra fine and ultra fine grits (1000/3000/6000) for polishing and honing a razor-sharp finish. This staged approach lets you restore even heavily worn blades and then refine them to a precise, clean edge.
