Description
This compact sharpening system is designed for keeping knives and blades razor-sharp while out camping, hiking, or simply working in the kitchen. With a total length of 100 mm and a width of 12 mm, it is small and lightweight enough to carry easily in a backpack, tool kit, or kitchen drawer.
The sharpener is built for smooth (non-serrated) blades and features a medium abrasive grit, available in 280 and 300 grit options, which strikes a good balance between restoring a dull edge and refining it to a fine finish. The sharpening surfaces are made from a choice of durable materials, including synthetic ceramic, diamond, and natural stone such as Arkansas stone, giving reliable and consistent results with regular use.
