Description
Lansky FP-2860 is a folding sharpener with a double-sided diamond plate with gradations of 280 medium and 600 fine.
The sharpener has a folding design modeled after butterfly knives, so we can conveniently carry it and quickly unfold it when needed.
The two-piece polymer handle has a contoured shape and non-slip milling for a comfortable and stable grip.
The plate has two abrasive surfaces with evenly applied diamond grit of 280 and 600 gradation. The 280 medium gradation is designed to give working sharpness to more dulled tools.
The plate with a diamond embossment with a gradation of 600, will be ideal for quick sharpening of slightly dulled knives and proper sharpening carried out in field conditions.
Diamond whetstones significantly speed up the sharpening process, which is why they are a popular choice for those for whom high sharpness and cutting performance are a priority.
Also unlike ceramic whetstones, diamond can also cope with hard steel with a high degree of hardening.
