Clear Collagen contains 91% hydrolysed collagen. One serving (22 g) of the drink powder makes a refreshing drink that provides your body with 20 g of collagen per day. Collagen is a very important protein found in our connective tissues and skin. Our body can produce collagen, but as we age it becomes increasingly important to supplement it with collagen from external sources, such as high-quality collagen products.

Directions: Mix 11 g (1.5 tablespoons) of collagen powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker. Take 2 servings per day.
