The HHM15 magnetic hula-hoop is an excellent solution to help you fight unwanted pounds located in the abdominal area, hips and buttocks. The operation of the HHM15 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (weight). As you make circular movements with your hips, centrifugal force starts to act, which moves the gravity ball around the circle, putting the abdominal muscles and torso under tension.
