This flex adjuster for ring frames enables a traditional frame to be converted into a frame which is truly adjustable for elasticity. 5 positions including a neutral are possible.

By increasing shock absorption, it reduces shoulder and spinal injuries.

Real educational tool, it provides technical and educational assistance to gymnasts.
