This adjustable flex inverted ring frame is ideal for training and for learning gymnastics elements with rings.

Its shape and the absence of frame allow to save place for landings. Gymnasts can therefore train in full safety while benefiting from a maximum space for practising these exercises.

Adjustable in height and in flexibility, this frame absorbs chocks reducing micro-injuries and tiredness.

Fixed to the ceiling or to a framework, its fixing required a detailed sketch of the framework. However, fixing guarantee an optimal safety and support during the execution of gymnastic exercises.
