Description
Korean grill pan made of pressure-cast aluminium with a diameter of 36 cm.
The pan offers plenty of space for preparing grilled dishes, especially those inspired by Korean cuisine, but it also works great for other specialities. Thanks to its shallow depth of 3 cm, it is ideal for sauteing, grilling, and quick heat treatment of meat and vegetables.
The pressure-cast aluminium alloy ensures excellent thermal conductivity and even heating across the entire surface. The surface allows healthier cooking with a minimal amount of oil.
The pan can be used on any grill of matching dimensions.
Side handles make handling easier.
When handling, be aware of the high temperature and use heat-resistant gloves.
