With the Gas2Coal® hybrid grill you can cook with both charcoal and gas. This combination grill switches easily from gas to charcoal in less than 60 seconds.

Step 1: Remove the cast iron grates.

Step 2: Place the charcoal tray into the grill and spread the charcoal evenly over the tray.

Step 3: Put the grates back.

Add the charcoal and light the 3 burners using the electronic ignition, then close the lid for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the burners and wait 5 minutes until the charcoal ignites. No lighter fluid needed.
