The shortest and lightest model in the programmable, long-throw Maglite LED D handheld flashlight range. The body offers a secure grip, with a Stealth matte coating to minimize visibility and a Type III hard-anodized finish to improve corrosion resistance. It runs on two D batteries. The optically high-quality, even beam makes even prolonged continuous use comfortable. This flashlight combines high light output with an exceptionally long runtime.

Performance according to the ANSI FL1 standard: beam distance 323 m, luminous flux 487 lumens, light intensity 26,139 candela. Runtime is 6 h 30 min on Full Power, 20 h on Low Power and 69 h on Eco (after which 10% of the original light intensity still remains). Splash-water resistant IPX4. Impact resistant to 1 m.

The combined beam illuminates both far distances and a wide near field at the same time. The width of the central area can be adjusted to the working distance with a flick of the wrist, using a new quick adjustment of less than a 1/4 turn. Made of 6061-T6 grade aircraft aluminium. Each flashlight is individually identified with a serial number.

A new user interface lets you set the flashlight's intended use:

• General - general use
• Outdoor - outdoor use
• Law enforcement - police use
• Tactical - military use

The General mode comes preset in the flashlight, and its functions according to the ANSI FL1 standard are:

• Full Power peak output (max 487 lumens), which maximizes the amount of light and the range
• Low Power economy output (initially 143 lumens), which extends the runtime
• Eco output (initially 58 lumens), which maximizes the runtime

If needed, the order can be changed by reprogramming the flashlight to suit its intended use, which also enables a strobe flash and a momentary peak output. Programming is done easily with the power button.

Length 23.2 cm. Weight only 566 g with batteries (280 g without batteries). No bulb replacement needed. Warranty 10 years. Service available in Finland. Made in USA - the place of manufacture is marked on the flashlight. Delivered in a blister pack without D (2xLR20) batteries.
