The most rugged handheld flashlight in the Maglite LED range. This nearly half-metre powerhouse runs on six D batteries - a truly heavy-duty piece of gear for those who want performance that lasts and lasts. The longest runtime in the range keeps operating costs minimal: it stays lit continuously for well over a week. The high-quality, even beam makes even long, uninterrupted use comfortable.

Performance according to the ANSI FL1 standard:

A user interface lets you set the flashlight for its intended use:

• 1: General - everyday use
• 2: Outdoor - outdoor use
• 3: Law enforcement - police use
• 4: Tactical - military use

The General mode is preset on the flashlight, with the following functions according to the ANSI FL1 standard:

• Full Power maximum output (694 lumens), maximising light quantity and range
• Low Power economy output (initially 163 lumens), extending the runtime
• Eco output (initially 76 lumens), maximising the runtime

If needed, the sequence can be changed by reprogramming the flashlight for its intended use, which also gives access to a strobe function and a momentary maximum output. Programming is done easily from the power button.

The combined beam illuminates both far away and across a wide near field at the same time. The width of the central area is adjustable to the working distance with a twist of the wrist using a new quick adjustment of less than a quarter turn. Made from aircraft-grade aluminium. Each flashlight is individually marked with a serial number.

Length 48 cm. Weight 452 g without batteries (1417 g with batteries). No bulb replacement needed. Warranty 10 years, with service available in Finland. Made in USA, with the place of manufacture engraved on the flashlight. Supplied in a cardboard gift box without D (6x LR20) batteries.
