Description

The Resistance Band inSPORTline Hiplop M is a handy exercise accessory for strengthening thigh and arm muscles. Exercising with this resistance bad is a lot harder than it may seem. All you have to do is put your legs or arms through the band and use it to make squats or lunges more difficult and thus more effective. Moreover, it can also be used together with other workout equipment, such as dumbbells. The rubber, anti-slip strips on the inside will make sure the band stays in place during the workout. 

Since the Resistance Band inSPORTline Hiplop M provides medium resistance, it is suitable for both experienced users and beginners. It can be used to strengthen your thighs, ankles, hips, buttocks, arms and shoulders. Last but not least, the Resistance Band inSPORTline Hiplop M takes up almost no space, allowing you to carry it around all the time.
