HMS SR52 adjustable dumbbell is a device that is an ideal solution for people exercising at home.  An innovative plate fixing system makes it very easy and quick to replace or fix them. Unlike bothersome replacement of the plates in ordinary dumbbells, when it comes about the SR52 simply put it back on the stand and use knobs to set the desired load.  Now when you lift the dumbbell, there will be plates attached to it corresponding to the newly set load. The SR52 dumbbell is made of the highest quality materials. The ergonomic, profiled handle covered with a non-slip material ensures a firm and secure grip. STR10 HMS PREMIUM is a steel rack for adjustable dumbbells. Its ergonomic shape enables comfortable lifting and returning the dumbbells. Straps mounted in the rack and the shaped ends of the place for the load prevent the dumbbells from slipping. STR10 is a great solution for owners of adjustable dumbbells.
