Description

The featured knife has a deeply textured polyamide handle for good grip and control while working. The 212mm long rigid blade is made of stainless steel by cold-rolling method. It was hardened by prolonged freezing at temperatures below minus 80° C. The knife is very easy to sharpen. It is recommended by the manufacturer for processing pork and lamb.
