Mikov Ruby steak knife 408-ND-11Z

This fixed-blade kitchen knife from Mikov (Czech Republic) is designed for cutting and serving steaks, making it a practical addition to any camping cutlery set. The blade is made of steel hardened to 55 HRC and features a hidden tang construction, extending through a sturdy wooden handle for a comfortable, secure grip and good balance during use.

The steel offers medium corrosion resistance, so it is advisable to clean and dry the blade after use to keep it in good condition. Edge retention is on the lower side, meaning the blade will need more frequent sharpening compared to premium steels, but this also makes it easier to resharpen in the field or at the campsite.
