Power bag WDC HMS is a strength bag available in five different weights: 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg.

Power bag training is a great alternative to a traditional strength exercises. Our power bag can be on the one hand just additional load, and on the other, the device that forces the body to stady body position and maintain balance, which means that muscles that lie deeper in our body are engaged during the workout. Another advantage is increase of body strength and endurance.

Power bags can boldly replace dumbbells, weights, barbells or kettlebells. In their production process only highest quality materials have been used, so you can throw them - like the medicine ball - without any worries.
