The bench is suitable for a wide range of exercises, such as bicep curls, concentrated dumbbell curls, seated French press or triceps extensions. The adjustable armrest angle allows you to adjust the bench to your liking, and to engage the targeted muscle groups.

Attention to detail is the key to better results. That’s why the bench is padded with soft PE foam, which absorbs shocks and allows you to work out for longer periods of time without feeling any discomfort. What’s more, it also maintains its shape, even after long-term use.

The seat and armrest are upholstered in a durable PVC cover with an anti-slip coating, which is resistant to sweat and wear and tear. What’s more, it offers stability during all your reps, and is easy to maintain – all you have to do is wipe it with a wet cloth.

The heart of the bench, the sturdy steel frame with a 2-cm profile provides an optimal balance between stability and compact design. The frame is finished with a durable powder coating to protect it against rust and mechanical damage. This bench is not just a stylish accessory for your gym, but it’s also a reliable companion for your everyday workouts.
