SoftPad
With the SoftPad you are always in motion. The SoftPad can be inflated easily by mouth. The fuller the SoftPad is filled, the more difficult the exercises become, while less air noticeably reduces the difficulty of the SoftPad exercises.
The SoftPad can also be used as a standalone training device. During various balance exercises with one or two feet, or even during push-ups, the moving surface places a variety of new demands and stimuli on the muscles. In everyday work, the SoftPad can also serve as a back-strengthening seat on your desk chair.
