Description
Airex® Balance-Pad platform designed for active training. Made of soft Airex® material with a smooth surface area, it is perfect for starting to train barefoot.
- Easy to maintain and clean.
- The soft, cushioning surface softens impacts and reduces the risk of injury.
- Training with the Balance-Pad engages more and deeper muscle groups than performing the same exercises without a balance platform. It also activates the areas of the brain responsible for movement and stimulates receptors in the joints and fascia.
- Used for strength, endurance, coordination and balance training.
- Widely usable not only for exercise but also around the home: in the garden, garage, kitchen, bathroom, attic or basement - anywhere a soft support is needed (e.g. kneeling, sitting).
- Functional. Can be used indoors, outdoors and in water.
- Maintains body temperature; due to its closed-cell structure it does not absorb moisture. Sanitized® - the material is hygienically treated against the possible formation of bacteria, odors or mold.
- Not completely slip-resistant on smooth surfaces, so for better grip it is recommended to use it together with an Airex exercise mat.
- Size: 41 x 50 x 6 cm.
- Color: blue.
- Swiss quality.
Tips:
#1 exercise barefoot or in socks (without shoes).
#2 clean with mild soapy water. Disinfection is not necessary thanks to the integrated Sanitized® protection.
#3 dry thoroughly if it gets wet (can also be used for outdoor activities!).
