C.A.S. LINER

C.A.S. revolutionized the fitting and moulding of ski boots. The liner is anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and excellent heel hold. The inner part is shaped to match the foot, while the outer part matches and adapts to the shape of the outer shell. The dual-density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. C.A.S. liners are less prone to deformation, so they stay comfortable longer.

LINER CUSTOMIZATION

• THERMOFORMING - liner in oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 min.
• PUNCHING (VOLUME INCREASE) - the microcell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.
• GRINDING (VOLUME INCREASE) - the Microcell material can be easily ground down by up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.
• FIT KIT (REDUCE VOLUME) - glue the pre-formed C.A.S. Fit Kit parts to reduce liner volume.
