Nutrend Isodrinx - concentrated powder for preparing an isotonic drink. Made from high-quality raw materials. Designed to maintain the body's fluid and mineral balance during training.

The vitamins contained help reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue and are important for normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal function of the nervous system.

Beneficial properties of the vitamins contained:

Vitamin C - important for maintaining normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise, helps reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue, and is important for normal collagen formation, for the normal function of bones, cartilage, gums, skin and blood vessels. Vitamin C improves iron absorption.

Vitamin E - helps protect cells from oxidative damage.

Thiamine (vitamin B1) - important for normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, and important for normal heart function and psychological function.

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) - helps reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue, protects cells from oxidative damage, important for normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, and maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Riboflavin is also important for the maintenance of normal red blood cells, normal skin, and normal iron metabolism.

Niacin (vitamin B3) - important for normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function, and normal mucous membranes and skin. Niacin also helps reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.

Usage: hypotonic drink - mix 35 g (1 scoop) with 700 ml of water (non-mineralized), isotonic drink - mix 35 g with 500 ml of water. Drink 200-300 ml of the drink before training. Depending on the nature and intensity of the training and environmental conditions, drink 500-700 ml during 1 hour of training. Maximum daily dose - 35 g, 3 times a day.
