Isostar Hydrate & Perform Powertabs Orange - tablets for preparing an orange-flavoured isotonic drink. These effervescent tablets are especially suitable for short, intense efforts. They contain simple carbohydrates and electrolytes that help maintain endurance during training and support body hydration. This isotonic drink ensures optimal fluid absorption and gastric emptying. The isotonic drink contains vitamins and minerals. Vitamin B1 helps ensure normal energy metabolism, converting nutrients into energy. Vitamins C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function during physical exercise.

Usage: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water.
Before training 150ml, during training 150-250ml, after training 150ml. Drink every 30 min.
