10 mm cushioning – comfort during riding

The internal 10 mm thick EVA foam padding is responsible for effective absorption of impact energy and reduction of vibrations. This solution increases user comfort and reduces discomfort during falls, which is especially important during more intensive riding.

Stable fit and adjustability

The SHIELD set is equipped with elastic hook-and-loop straps that allow quick and precise adjustment of the protectors to the circumference of the limbs. The use of elastane and polyester helps maintain strap elasticity, ensuring the protectors stay securely in place even during dynamic maneuvers.

The product is intended for users with a body weight of 25–50 kg, which corresponds to older children, teenagers, and adults with a slimmer build.

Anatomical shape and freedom of movement

The contoured protective shells are designed to support the natural movement of joints. The construction allows free bending of knees and elbows without restricting the range of motion. The lightweight design and breathable materials enable comfortable use over longer periods.

Compliance with EN 14120 standard

SHIELD protectors meet the requirements of the EN 14120 standard, which defines performance standards for protectors intended for recreational riding. The standard confirms adequate abrasion resistance of the materials and their ability to reduce the effects of impacts during contact with the ground.
