The PEANUT helmet is a practical choice for children and teenagers who enjoy active outdoor time on a bicycle, scooter, roller skates, or skateboard. In-Mold technology – durable and lightweight construction

The PEANUT model is manufactured using In-Mold technology, which permanently bonds the outer polycarbonate (PC) shell with an inner EPS foam layer. This solution provides a lightweight yet compact structure that maintains its performance even with intensive use.

The inner layer made of black EPS foam helps absorb vibrations and enhances wearing comfort when riding on uneven surfaces.

Low weight and ergonomic design

The PEANUT helmet weighs only 240 g ±10 g, so it does not burden the head and remains comfortable even during longer rides. The lightweight construction allows natural freedom of movement and encourages children to wear the helmet willingly.

Effective ventilation – 13 openings

The helmet is equipped with 13 ventilation openings that ensure continuous airflow:

• 3 front vents – intake of fresh air
• 7 top vents – heat exchange support
• 3 rear vents – exhaust of warm air
  

This layout helps reduce overheating and increases comfort during rides on warm days.

Head Lock system – stable fit

The PEANUT helmet features the Head Lock adjustment system, allowing smooth size adjustment within a range of 54–58 cm (size M). An intuitive adjustment dial enables quick fitting to the head shape, improving stability without causing pressure.
