As a so-called offset knife, the new Spyderco Z-CUT series from the Culinary Kitchen program has a raised handle position, which provides for improved leverage. All knives from this series have a blade made of CTS-BD1N Stainless Steel and a handle made of non-slip polypropylene (colors: black, green, yellow, red).
