To increase your performance in a successive burst of short-term, high intensity exercises discover the power of creatine! Creatine pH-X PRO contains 3600 mg buffered creatine in the recommended daily 2 servings. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Creatine pH-X PRO also contains extracts of the three main types of tea: green, white and black. Like all BioTech USA products, Creatine pH-X PRO consists of safe, carefully selected nutrients.


RECOMMENDATION: take 2x2 capsules of Creatine pH-X PRO daily. Take two capsules in the morning and two in the afternoon. On workout days take two capsules in the morning and two 30 minutes before training.
