Meet the Newton Fitness BLK-5000 Multifunctional Smith Machine: an all-in-1 strength station for a complete and versatile workout! The Newton Fitness BLK-5000 is supplied as complete as possible, so you can exercise the entire body in different ways. For example, you can train with an Olympic barbell and consists the station of a Smith Machine, functional trainer and a pull-up station. In addition, the station comes with many options, such as dip handles, jammer arms, a leg press plate, rubber band hooks and a landmine. The device is equipped with 2 weight stacks of 100 kg each and thanks to the included top plate attachment you can even expand this weight.

Half Rack


The Newton Fitness BLK-5000 comes standard with 1 set of J-Hooks and 1 set of Spotters that allow you to use an Olympic barbell. The rack contains 16 pre-drilled holes on each side for the J-Hooks and Spotters, so you can perform many different exercises. Consider exercises such as Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Military Press and Squats. The desired height is easy and quick to set up. Both the J-hooks and Spotters are equipped with rubber strips to protect the Olympic barbell and the J-hooks and Spotter Arms themselves.

Smith Machine


With the help of the Smith Machine you can perform your exercises safely. The bar of the Smith Machine is mounted on bearings and provides a smooth movement and a nice workout. In total there are 11 different heights at which you can adjust the bar of the Smith Machine and which you can place on the Safety Spotters. The total length of the bar is 186 cm and the holding capacity for Olympic weight plates is 30 cm on each side.

Leg Press Plate


You can attach the supplied Leg Press Plate to the bar of the Smith Machine and thus train the upper legs. You can Attach the Leg Press Plate using the 2 mounting points on each side. You can perform the exercise lying down on a weight bench (available separately).

Functional Trainer


The station contains 2 height-adjustable, tilting pulleys with which you can perform your cable exercises. Think of exercises such as chest fly's, biceps curl, triceps pushdown, rear delt fly's, etc. A total of 18 different heights are possible. Cable exercises are effective and are a valuable addition to your workout.

Weight stack 2 x 100 kg


The Newton Fitness BLK-5000 Multifunctional Smith Machine comes standard with 2 weight stacks of 100 kg each. Both weight stacks are each divided into 20 slices, the ratio is 1:2. Choosing the desired weight is very quick and easy using a pin.

Top Plate attachment for extra weight


The station comes with 2 top plate attachments which you can attach to the top of the weight stacks. The top plate attachments have 2 sleeves of 20 cm each on which you can place Olympic weight plates and thus make the weight stack heavier! This is a handy option for those for whom 2 x 100 kg (ratio 1:2) is not enough.

Jammer Arms


With the Jammer Arms you can add a number of compound exercises to your training with the Newton Fitness BLK-5000. Think about exercises such as Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Rows, etc. The Jammer Arms move independently of each other, allowing you to perform unilateral training. The Jammer Arms use Olympic discs as a counterweight; the recording capacity on each side is 27 cm. In addition you can connect both Jammer Arms to the weight stacks via the cable system and use them as a counterweight!

Pull Up Bar and Suspension Hook


Using the specially shaped pull-up bar of the equipment, you can perform pull-ups, chin-ups and other exercises. You can use a wide grip, narrow grip, angled grip and neutral grip and thus vary in training. The outer grip has a rubber layer, which makes it feel comfortable. In the middle of the Pull-up Bar you will find a hook where you can attach a suspension trainer.

Storage options


At the back of the station you will find a number of storage options. There is 1 holder for an Olympic barbell, 4 sleeves of 20 cm each for a number of Olympic weight plates and 4 smaller and 8 larger holes for storing accessories and pins.
