Dumbbells with interchangeable weights are a classic and an essential part of any home gym. Thanks to the ability to adjust the weight of the load, they allow for training many muscle groups while not taking up much space. However, dumbbells cannot completely replace a barbell. SGK is an innovative approach to home gym equipment, allowing you to get both variable weight dumbbells and a barbell in one set. The weight plates in SGK have an octagonal shape, so they do not roll on the floor and you can use two dumbbells as push-up stands.

Dumbbells

With dumbbells, we can perform exercises that engage different muscle groups. Their advantage is the element of instability. Additionally, dumbbells force both hands to work equally, thus reducing disparities between the sides of the body. By performing an exercise, we engage many stabilizing muscles, thus making the training more effective. They have a threaded sleeve for loading, with a diameter perfectly matching the diameter of the hole in the weight plates, so changing the load is very easy. Barbell

Due to its construction, the barbell is more stable than dumbbells, so we can use more weight in its case.
