(If you use these levers while walking you burn 40% more calories than while walking regularly!) This way, you can exercise your legs and hips along with the muscles of the upper body. Manual treadmill (with no motor) makes optimal set-up for fitness training. Thanks to the manual drive, you can choose the pace yourself. The stable Treadmill inSPORTline Excel Run with a magnetic brake is easily set up and is very quiet while running.
