Short training fins made ofhighest quality soft and very flexible silicone material.

Aquaspeed training fins are perfect for all those who intend to improve their swimming technique, lower body strength and durability. Thanks to their design, they allow the swimmer to exercise leg movement very similar to the leg movement performed without any fins. Special reinforcing elements on the sides of the fins which begin at the foot pocket, apart from providing extra durability of the fins, channel water along the blades and reduce vibrations generated by the water flowing along the fins.

Aquaspeed traning fins greatly improve the efficiency of the legwork by providing greater thrust and by concentrating more energy on the legs, thus strengthening them.
