QUICKPLAY is a premium sports brand supplying the retail and consumer markets across the UK and on an international basis with products such as training goals, match goals and football rebounders.
With a commitment to make sports equipment better using research and innovative development, QUICKPLAY strives to ensure that their products are not only durable but also ultra-portable and simple to assemble.
Head quartered in the north of England, the company have dedicated Account Managers, a Customer Service team and also a distribution facility allowing them to process thousands of orders every year. All stock is held within a large warehouse ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.
In 2006 Will Parsons and Allen Holland graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with degrees in Product Design and with a belief that there was a gap in the market they began working on a new type of football goal.
In 2007 Will and Allen along with Stephen Crosby founded QUICKPLAY and soon after the first 2 Kickster goal products were launched at the Grass Roots trade show at Birmingham's NEC
The following year the business was beginning to grow and despite a challenging economic climate the company was starting to attract online retailers as well as continuing to increase direct sales.
In the same year the Kickster goal became the best selling football goal on Amazon and gained the prestigious five-star review.
After a good start in the UK market, 2010 brought about some new challenges when QUICKPLAY decided to go global and setup partnerships in 10 countries including Singapore and the United States.
2011 marked a product explosion with 13 additional products being added, 4 new product lines were also launched and the QUICKPLAY team also increased as the company grew in size.
At the 2012 ISPO Munich International Show Case QUICKPLAY launched the SPOT Rebounder and by the end of the year it had become the company’s best selling product.
Also in 2012, a new distribution facility was launched with a warehousing expansion and further staff recruitment in order to manage the growing demand from its UK and international retail accounts.
2013 brought about further additional retailers, these included John Lewis, Costco and Tesco in the UK along with 30+ retailers around the world in places as far afield as Jordan and Japan.
In 2014 and as part of QUICKPLAY expansion plans company added German and French sales managers to the already expanding team, also started working with professional football coaches and launched PRO Range which was to take the Kickster brand to a new and higher level.
In the summer of 2015, QUICKPLAY moved into their new home just a few hundred yards away from their previous offices. The new building includes 2 large warehouses as well as purpose built offices, a large car park and room for expansion.
In February 2016 company won the acclaimed Gold Award in the performance category at ISPO Munich for Elite Combo 3-in-1 product
The company is continuing to grow, the warehouses are full of stock and company are literally shipping worldwide. It is also starting to work with football academies and coaching schools alongside well-known past and present footballers.
